Job Summary: Coordinates and expedites the flow of work, information, and materials for the Maintenance Department according to established schedules and priorities. Supports the cleanliness and facility upkeep program by coordinating task assignments for cleaning personnel under the direction of supervisory management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and distribute work orders and schedules to ensure tasks are prioritized based on established timelines.
- Track progress of assigned tasks and update records to reflect work status and completion.
- Enter data into company systems, including work orders, supply usage, and inventory updates.
- Compile routine reports on task completion, inventory levels, and scheduling updates for supervisors.
- Maintain files such as work orders, maintenance logs, cleaning schedules, and supply records.
- Request materials and supplies as needed based on established guidance.
- Communicate schedule updates to cleaning personnel and report completion status to maintenance management.
- Assist in coordinating task assignments and providing day-to-day direction to cleaning personnel as instructed by the Director of Maintenance.
